Application Results and Arrangements
1. Notification of Results
All applicants will be notified by mail of the admission results—whether accepted or not—by December 12, 2025.
2. Admitted Students
Parents of admitted students must complete the registration process at the school during the Unified Registration Days from January 8 to 10, 2026.
- Submit the student’s Registration Certificate to the kindergarten
- Pay the registration fee:
- Half-day class: HK$970
- Full-day class: HK$1,570
Note: The registration fee will be refunded to parents in September.
3. Waitlisted Students
If an admitted student fails to complete registration within the designated period, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal. The school will then contact waitlisted students by phone to fill the vacancy. A notification will be issued, and parents must complete registration at the school on the specified date.
4. Important Reminder for Parents
If parents fail to submit valid registration documents within the designated registration period, the school may not be able to complete the admission process for the child. Parents must apply for the relevant Registration Certificate from the Education Bureau within the specified timeframe.
5. Students Not Admitted
Parents may refer to the Education Bureau’s website, regional education service centers, or hotline for information on available K1 places in kindergartens.
6. Withdrawal of Admission
If parents decide to transfer their child to another school after registration, they must notify the school in writing. The school will return the Registration Certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. Once the certificate is retrieved, the school will no longer reserve the child’s place.
